Mycrowr – Pc30 Water Reducer Admixture

YCRO-WR – PC30 is a Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) based water reducer admixture and supplied as a brown liquid instantly dispersible in water. This generally improves cement dispersion. At the start of the mixing process an electrostatic dispersion occurs due to which cement particle's capacity to separate and disperse increases. This mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in flow able concrete.

Cement particles naturally tend to agglomerate due to Van der Waals forces and ionic attractions. PC adsorbs onto the surface of cement particles and introduces negatively charged (-SO3−) sulfonate groups. This creates electrostatic repulsion, breaking apart cement clusters and ensuring uniform particle distribution.

Method of Application

Mycro-WR PC 30 is a water-reducing agent composed of PC - SMFR as a high-end superior concrete admixture with good comprehensive properties and a good perspective. High water- reducing rate and no air entrainment; improve the workability of fresh cement products and segregation stability; improve the early strength and durability of the product. Cement adaptability and compatibility with redispersible polymer powder, cellulose ether, and other additives. Compared with similar products, this product is better in performance and performance/cost ratio. The dosage is 0.4-2.0% of the cementitious materials by weight, normally 0.4-1.2%. Do concrete mixture tests beforehand.

Precautions & Limitations

➢ Do not add Mycro-WR PC30 directly to dry cement & aggregate mix.

➢ Maintain water-cement ratio as low as possible.

➢ Do not increase the dosage of Mycro-WR PC30 than the recommendation.

Sensitivity to Overdose

An overdose of double the intended amount of Mycro-WR PC30 will result in an increase in

retardation as compared to that normally obtained at the intended dosage.

Shelf Life

➢ Best before 2 years from the date manufacture when in sealed pack and stored under proper condition.

➢ Store in a cool & dry place.

Health & Safety

➢ Use rubber hand gloves & safety goggles, while using M Mycro-WR PC30

➢ In case of contact with skin, wash with plenty of water.

➢ Keep out of reach of children
